Two summers ago, I was living abroad in a very hot and humid, third-world country. My apartment was really nice considering the area, but there was no air conditioning. I just about died. Every day I would come home, strip down to my underwear and sit in front of the fan. I vowed that I would never live without air conditioning again. So when my AC here in America died the next summer, I got it fixed as soon as possible. In the process I learned a lot about air conditioners and contractors. I'm here to share that wealth of information with you.
